this man was supposed to be pretty quick.. but check out his arms.... lol, all i can say is, 12 yr olds have thicker arms.... so i guess, u have to be really really thin to bowl quick, eh?

Imran himself admits though that he didn't become a genuine pacer until he started training. He recommends weights for all budding fast bowlers, but he says you should do low/medium weights but do a high number of repetitions.

"Initially Ishant was being considered to be drafted into the Indian squad. However, considering his Ranji Trophy schedule for Delhi, it has now been decided not to have him fly down to Cape Town and instead, allow him to concentrate in his domestic first class matches," he said in a statement.
