Faisal, If HS chucks he can also be damned. Any bowler who chucks be it Indian, Pak or NZ or wherever be damned. They can go play gully cricket.

Yeah it will be better if all the bowlers who have been reported before are re-examined and the results are regularly compared with how they bowl during the match. That would hopefully put an end to this drama.

This exactly is the point I made on the other thread. The laws of cricket do not define a "chucker" or blanket call a bowler as legal or illegal. It is only the particular delivery that can be called, and it is the responsibilty of the squareleg umpire. Bowlers with perfectly legal action can always chuck a particular delivery, and will have to be noballed for that delivery according to the laws of cricket. ICC's modification only redefines the legality of a delivery by the 15 degree allowance, but if we extend this logic, then the squareleg umpire cannot be equipped to judge each and every delivery. So, in the event of any delivery being suspect, the option of asking for slow motion/3rd umpire opinion has to exist with the on field umpire. The ICC modification is ONLY with respect to legality of a delivery based on the 15 degree bowling action and DOES NOT alter the laws of cricket as originally defined by the Marylebone Cricket club
