regional bias is there.... it is unfair, but it also evens out.... wen AC muthiah was the chief.... there were plenty from south zone... at one point, the entire karnataka bowling attack was the indian attack.... wen dalmiya was chief, gangs was cappo, dasgupta got chances, rohan gavaskar.... recently, its been UP(dont know who) and mumbai(colonel/pawar) predominantly...
