Laden to declare war on Pak in new tape: Report 20 Sep 2007, 1415 hrs IST DUBAI: Al-Qaida leader Osama bin Laden declares "war" on Pakistani President Pervez Musharraf and his army in a new message to be released by the network's media arm, according to IntelCenter, a US organisation which monitors Islamist websites. IntelCenter said the video or audio message, entitled "Come to Jihad," was expected to be released in the next 72 hours. In another video released by Al-Qaida's media arm, Al-Sahab, bin Laden's deputy Ayman Al-Zawahiri also warned that Musharraf would be "punished" over the killing of a Pakistani cleric killed in the storming of the Lal Masjid in Islamabad in July. A string of videos and audio messages have been issued by Al-Qaida to mark the sixth anniversary of the September 11 attacks on the United States in 2001. In the latest Al-Qaida video released, Zawahiri and others taunt the United States over alleged Islamist victories in Iraq, Afghanistan and elsewhere and calls for Muslim allies of Washington to be driven from power. The 81-minute video is a compilation of old TV news clips mixed with new comments Zawahiri, and details of it were made public on Thursday by SITE Intelligence Group, which monitors Islamist websites. ------------- :haha: latestjoke from Dr.Laden

to quote admiral adama: "we never asked if we deserved to win. humanity is a flawed creation." applying that here: pakistan never questioned the merits of its rapid islamization under zia ul haq to combat the russians. never for once stopping to ponder a the repurcussions of the possible marriage between ultra conservative and volatile elements and a large, available, impressionable low income class. and now, the children return home to oust the parents, applying the lessons they learnt. its unfortunate that less than a century earlier, these same regions were rather peaceful and enjoed relatively high communal harmony.

When did this happen .. Most probably you are construing the inter-regnum after every blood-shed as some sort of lasting calm and peace

In another news some idiot maulavi from bareily has declared Salman khan is no lnger a muslim for participating in ganpati pooja.. he will have to re-read the kalma all the married members of his family will have to get divorced then remarry.. predictably salim saheb his dad has shonw middle finger to that maulavi saying if that's what is required for being muslim then I am not one.. yes he criticised them but didn't fail to invoke hindu fantics in same breathe.. yes ye sthat is mandatory no matter who does what u will have to say sthg abotu hindus.. Now RAZA MURAD ( yes that yester year villain with baritone voice whihc even Amitabh Bachchan si jealous of) was at his candid best.. His words: these maulavis shoudl be ashamed of themselves instead of issuing fatwa over lack of education sanitation polio they issue fatwa over this meaningless issue.. He went on to add hindus visit nijamuddin dargaha khwaza moinuddin chishti never has any hindu dharmadhikari declared anyone non-hindu for that.. good no obligatory denigration of hindus.. Proud of u raza murad ji for telling it like it should be...
