Precambrian
Its beyond me how anyone can say that a country with Junaid Amir Wahab Irfan Asif Gul does not produce good fast bowlers. What are their performance numbers? :haha: Gul is now a great bowler? How badly the standards have slipped.:haha: Link to comment
Guldozer
What are their performance numbers? :haha: Gul is now a great bowler? How badly the standards have slipped.:haha: I guess you haven't been watching cricket for long. Average of under 29 in ODIs. How many of them do India have again? Link to comment
Precambrian
Long term performers? I dont think Irfan' date=' Junaid or Amir have played that long, Its all about current scenario.[/quote'] We are talking about a substantial period of 12 yrs since the Ws retired. Link to comment
Autonomous
I dont want to discuss your logicless stuff mate. FYI JK was averaging around 21 at a time in ODIs and around 23 to 24 in tests before injuries and stuff. You need some sleep op Link to comment

Sweet jesus. The retardness in this one is big. We are talking TEST CRICKET here. If you talk about ODIs, we have Ajit Agarkar, Irfan Pathan, who averaged lower than 30.:hysterical: And we have Mohammad Shami who has taken 87 wickets @ an average of less than 25 in ODIs. How many such bowlers do you have in the last 12 years? Name one. Link to comment

Autonomous
 We are talking about a substantial period of 12 yrs since the Ws retired. After 2003 Akhtar was there but he had his issues, Asif was a world class bowler and ranked in top 5 test bowlers when banned. Sami had a decent ODI Career,Gul's bowling has been probably the main reason of most our T20 Wins, And Gul had been decent in ODIs but was finished couple of years back. Mainly, Akhtar,Sami, Gul and Asif from 2003 to 2008 were the highlights with few in and outs like Iftakhar Anjum,Rana Naveed.etc However from 2008 onwards guys like Wahab, Amir.etc stepped in and have been pretty good. Precambrian
So no real answer. Everyone has got injured/ or done in by selectors/ or done in by kaanspiracy which has made them play on UAE pitches. :hysterical: Link to comment
Autonomous
After playing the mighty Lankans and Zimbabweans? No after playing Indians in India and getting Kohli out 3 times in same series,Ab Khush? Link to comment
Autonomous
No real answer? Lol injuries and issues have wasted alot from career of these fast bowlers,Probably Op is a troll or what. And regarding answers they are well explained and elaborated probably too thick to understand due to your logicless stuff. Link to comment

Even if you take that, our pacers and your pacers average nearly the same in ODIs in the last 12 years. Autonomous
After 2003, Few came in and out, There was a gap, Obviously after 2Ws retired no one was going to take anything overnight, Gul and Akhtar with Asif however still did pretry well and from 2008 guys like Amir came in. And Another thing is if you point my post out that you are talking about Test Cricket then wasnt it clearly mentioned in the same post that Asif was in top 5 TEST bowlers under rankings at time he was banned? Autonomous
You forget you played a series at home vs SA as well? Junaid Khan got 3fer in first Test, With 4 Wickets in total as Pakistan won. Ajmal and Babar bowled well to overshadow him and probably was more of slower track with spinners getting more in game. While in second test he got to bowl only in one innings, And that was only 2 match series, As i said sample is too small and whenever time to time JK has bowled very decently. Link to comment
