novpj
1. Going back to the ODI series in India last year - if we had held Hayden and SYmonds to their averages - how the outcome would have been different. 2. Australia through out last 10-15 years have had the best bowling attack - McGrath, Warne, lee, Clarke, Gillespie. What would happen to Australian batting averages if we adjusted for the quality of attacks of their opposition. Link to comment
guju24
1) thats the problem that we couldnt keep hayden or symonds to their avg...whenever they gave chances we couldnt take those and they end up making big runs...like yesterday symonds dropped for 10 i think and he end up making 66... 2) thats the plus point they have and i think bez of that they have been easily leading in second innings...here for third test we need to stay on the pitch and put some over 450 target for AUS..bez its going to be hard playing in 2nd innings as records have indicated. plus they will be also in some pressure and which we can take as positive thing and attack how we did in first inning...
