Feb 8, 2008 South African cricket is in turmoil with the national coach and president involved in a heated row over the number of black players to tour Bangladesh. It's understood Cricket South Africa president Norman Arendse has laid charges against Mickey Arthur, accusing him of being 'abusive and disrespectful' after being told to keep out of selection matters. While Arthur's now set to get the sack, he has in turn laid a counter charge, saying the president was just as abusive. The row's erupted with the touring team of 14 containing four black players. Arthur says he's committed to working for transformation but won't be dictated too by a target of seven black players - something which is not a policy.
