Kaif and Raina at 600,000 when compared to above ?? no proportion to any ability in T20 ! btw what the heck is happening to RP, Ishant ?

No...the cap is calculated as only 25 % of the price for players not expected to play a minimum of 4 games, and Hayden and some others are not expected to play all games, so Chennai can use that remaining 75% of bidding amount
