Mr. Wicket
The KSCA Invitational. Significance, plenty. It's up there with the Buchi Babu, Moin ud Dowlah and others. (Likes of VVS, Srinath, Harbhajan, Zaheer, Ganesh, Nikhil Chopra, Dahiya, Kanitkar, Badani, Venugopal Rao, Sridharan Sriram and Ashish Kapoor played, so not something small.) Link to comment
Dhondy
Harbhajan took a beating! So what's new?:D Link to comment
Mr. Wicket
:D And this was in 99, when Hrishikesh Kanitkar, Sridharan Sriram, Vikram Rathour and Hemang Badani were smashing him around. Out of those, only Badani was really a batsman of any calibre. Sheesh, if only people had taken a hint... Link to comment

chamatkar
Good work Salil.... I like the blast from the past aspects of this SOTD... seems like I never got to track these scores for quite some time. Link to comment

Bhajji for all his failings and he has plenty has taken 200+ wickets at sub 32. That isnt earth shatteringly good but it is certainly not Samiesque either. S Link to comment
Mr. Wicket
True, sm, he has had his moments. But I can't resist a go at him every now and then. (And really, how could I pass up on a scorecard when he was beaten on by Kanitkar, Sriram and Rathour? :D) chamatkar: Thanks for the kind words. Planning to make this a fairly regular thing - mixes of various 'under the radar' scorecards, focusing more on the grassroots part of the game in India that so many tend to ignore or gloss over.
