Any first hand information from any of ICFers. My brother back home keeps visiting some simialr centre in karnaal. Last two times whenever UPSC final result came out he was nowhere to be found for ten days and whenI enquired I got the answer he was parked in that Vipasana centre. He now can do with just two hours of sleep and one hour of meditation and can be fresh as dove. this is what intrigued me and I got myself registered. Any success.failure story of this meditation from you guys.
