That man raced two incredible races to earn that record for Phelps - the back from the dead comeback against France and holding off Eamon Sullivan's charge tonight. Does Jamaica have a sprinter's factory? Can't believe that a little and poor country with hardly any facilities is producing so many quality sprinters!
