Waise why is it that India is not handing over the proof of involvement. I mean why cant Bharat sarkar officially hand over proofs in presence of some UN officials ....
beats me. but if the trial is being conducted in india, by an indian judiciary... they owe nothing to the government of pakistan. however, if they are using evidence from the trial and other related investigations to force a foreign state into action against its own citizens or refugees within its borders, india would have to submit evidence to that effect to the international police.

UN officials and several other countries including pakistan have evidence how else that motion of JUD ban got passed..Pakistan;s mantra is we don't buy that
