This guy though was one of the most trusted stooge of Laloo in his glory days. Was not popular amongst other IAS officersdue to his over-fawning ways. I was told he used to carry laloo's sandals whenever he asked him. RIP buddy lessons to be learnt dont; hobnob with criminal politicians they will throw you under the bus when it's conevenient to them..
