hassan_113
Yuvraj is a wonderful striker of a cricket ball in ODIs and tests in the subcontinent. I was extremely excited and delighted to see this man come onto the scene as an 18 year-old in 2000 v Australia in the ICC knockout- the innings was brilliant and he followed it up v SA in the semis. He has hit two excellent centuries v Pakistan on greener wickets in Lahore 2004 and Karachi 2006. However, I am still uncertain whether in tests in strange conditions such as England, NZ, SA aud Australia whether this man can do the job. Infact, I believe that he has a weakness against the short ball which could be exposed on these pitches. Against NZ, they don't have great pace but the pitches may nibble around and have a un-Asian tennis-ball-like bounce in the tests. What are your opinions on the matter? Link to comment
