The only contention is whether the umpire should have given McIntosh out based on what he could see...the cameras are inconclusive...so from the camera evidence, you can't give that out. However, Simon Gould may have had a better view and he may have seen the catch taken cleanly and hence had no need to refer it...i.e. he was not in doubt about the catch.
