Cricaddict, before i drop my 2 cents, would you like to share more about this article with us? I am curious as to what your opinion of the global energy crisis is, presuming you even subscribe to that thought... and if you do, or not, where do you see us heading?
Lurker Posted May 15, 2009 Posted May 15, 2009 One particular component of this, and similar, arguments that bothers me a lot is that almost all of such studies/experiments in the end deal with - This will get you xyz miles per gallon at 60 mph in a 5 person passenger car. That kind of sets the final goal right off the bat and beats the basic premise of inventing something without getting bogged down of the end result. I think the best alternate energy ideas will have to be out of the box scenario, not all roads lead to Rome kind.
