DomainK Posted October 21, 2009 Share Posted October 21, 2009 The National Rifle Association of India (NRAI) has prepared a list of top 15 shooters for cricket-style contracts, an annual, three-slab graded payment structure. And Abnhinav Bindra is not one in that list. The reason given by NRAI is interesting. It's because Sahara, the official sponsors of NRAI objected to Bindra's inclusion since Bindra has already got endorsements that conflict with Sahara's interests. I respected Sahara and Subroto Roy but this is really pathetic.. denying an Olympic gold medalist even to be in the top 15 is just pathetic...
