There isn't a snowball's chance in hell CSA will admit to that. Fact is, no matter what label you slap on it, there is immense political pressure to pick 'representative' teams, not only on national level but also in schools. Nobody wants to talk about it, or call it what it is, but it's there. Politicians will always target sport. They won't find a bigger audience anywhere else.
