All others including Harbhajan Singh straighten their elbow noticeably. And if one can notice it with the naked eye, then it must be called. No matter what ICC's geometry team thinks about the angle of flexion! Link to comment

No matter what ICC's geometry team thinks about the angle of flexion! The problem with Bedi's statement is he does not consider 'Doosra' as a legitimate delivery. He is indeed way off the mark when he questions the legality of a potent new weapon for an off-spinner instead of targeting those bowlers who have not mastered the skill of bowling it legally.
