Yeh actually on second thought Venkatesh Prasad is a lot better than Waqar, I mean he averages 35 but lets not forget the fact he didnt actually try against the "minnows"

No prasad was not better than Waqar. But Prasad bowled better than Waqar against best sides of his time.This is a good thing. Just like VVS LAXMAN performed best against OZ.

Why shouldn't it be counted? Waqar and Wasim also played those test. I am saying this only. Sehwag averages only 35 against Bangladesh but Yousuf average 250. So Pakistani player save their best for the worst.

Because OZ players played them well. Well done to them. Murali and Warne also has a poor record against India. But my point is how can you be among the great bowlers if you don't dominate against top 3 sides. See the average of Mcgrath, Ambrose and Donald against top sides

Akram dismissed Sachin-1( in 7 test) Dravid-(1 in 3 test) Ponting-(1 in 3 test) Gavaskar (0 in 4 test) Kapil Dev( 1 in 9 test) I am saying you think before writing. This is the reason Pakistan never attained no.1 ranking. You hardly won a series against a top side.
