saneindian
then recalled Sehwag and dropped Dravid And sent Wasim Jaffer to play ODIs for India, that too in SA!! Comeon nothing can beat this decision on Jaffer. Link to comment
saneindian
BTW Sreekanth became a selector on 27th Sept 2008. Since then 1. In tests, 19 players have represented India in tests - 7 of them from South Zone (including Dravid, Kumble, Sreesanth, Ojha). 2. In ODIs, 27 players represnted India, 7 of them from South Zone (including Dravid, Ojha Sreesanth, Mithun). Balaji played one ODI, hasnt been selected, Vijay has so far played one ODI as did Mithun. DK and Badri have been the fringe players before cheeka became the selector. So the only player who has got"benefitted" due to cheeka's so called bias is Vijay, who IMO got picked into the test team based on his form, did well there and was picked for ODIs and then finally did well in IPL at the right time, Sehwag got injured and Vijay got rightly picked for the t20 WC> Don't see any bias in his selection. Ranjha
Srikanth is god for the entire chennai and tamil naidu. Srikanth is stupid for some of the rest while he is ok for the other remainder. End of story. Link to comment
