Gaurav Posted March 14, 2007 Posted March 14, 2007 Re: Anyone ever use Russian/Ukrainian airlines? You got a death wish? :lmao: I would not even let my mother-in-law fly on it ( I would be tempted though) :lmao:
Birbal3 Posted March 14, 2007 Posted March 14, 2007 Re: Anyone ever use Russian/Ukrainian airlines? I have an aunt who has travelled on it... and it was a harrowing experience according to her... THX_1138 Posted March 14, 2007 Posted March 14, 2007 Re: Anyone ever use Russian/Ukrainian airlines? i have a good life insurance policy... i take a dig at aeroloft i guess...
Count Dooku Posted March 14, 2007 Posted March 14, 2007 Re: Anyone ever use Russian/Ukrainian airlines? Keep away from these and Turkish airlines as well. I know lots of people who used them vowing never to use them again. Cr@p service, bad attitude and bad food. :wall: BTW: I used Air India as well - I have kept away from them as well. Their attitude is really bad plus their flight is ALWAYS late both ways. :wall: I stick to Emirates - just bit more expensive than others but otherwise excellent. :wtg:
Predator_05 Posted March 14, 2007 Posted March 14, 2007 Re: Anyone ever use Russian/Ukrainian airlines? Kabira; read these reviews and then you will be in a better position to judge whether it's worth flying or not ---> http://www.airlinequality.com/Forum/aeroflot.htm and http://www.epinions.com/trvl-Airlines-Europe_Aeroflot/display_~reviews I personally, always fly an Asian airline (NOT sh*tty Air India) ie; Singapore Airlines or Cathay Pacific. If you are on a plane for two days (i am assuming you will be flying home from the United States) then comfort takes precedence ahead of everything else, and these two offer the best service and the most comfy flights.
apocalypse Posted March 14, 2007 Posted March 14, 2007 Re: Anyone ever use Russian/Ukrainian airlines? Air India's food is good whatever u can say though they are always late Personally I prefer Lufthansa
gabbar Posted March 14, 2007 Posted March 14, 2007 Re: Anyone ever use Russian/Ukrainian airlines? married and people with kids should not fly that airline
Dhondy Posted March 14, 2007 Posted March 14, 2007 Re: Anyone ever use Russian/Ukrainian airlines? The life insurance policy will cost more than the ticket, Kabira.
sm332 Posted March 16, 2007 Posted March 16, 2007 Re: Anyone ever use Russian/Ukrainian airlines? took aeroflot a cpl of years... pretty harrowing ... was the old russian aircrafts ... not designed for long haul. Highly avoidable.
