Spurs going to get raped on sat against Arsenal. No Huddleston for 3 months now to add to Dawson, Defoe etc etc. I fear a footballing lesson and demolition job. Spurs are pathetic this season. Redknapp will be under real pressure in Novemer next year.
:cantstop: Come on Katie, all this anti jinxing BS would have been the last thing I would expect from you, not cool.

Not at all. This aint mighty India we are talking about in cricket. The best team in the world and superb players etc etc. This is Spurs and we are average. To many injuries and wont be able to cope against arsenal and will be chasing shadows. Redknapp is so over rated, as his signings have been poor, he inherited all the good players. Sick of that idiot waffling on about how he took over when spurs were bottom and now champs leageue, he acts as if he took over Blackpool and took them to champs league. We will get destroyed Saturady, mark my words. And if Redknapp stays in control of signings we will become a top 8 side only

Redknapp has wasted so much money. Only decent signing he made was Van de vart but that was done by Levy and redknapp just said yes. If you look spurs best 1st eleven when everyone is fully fit, the only signing of his that would make it is defoe and Van de vart, the rest of the rubbish he signed will be warming the bench. Commoli actually made loads of good signings that are now our best players. God help england if redknapp becomes manager of england, only so much of his pants one liners will be tolerated!

There is only one really good player in Arsenal - Fabregas...we saw how they choked against Shakhtar in the Champions League after being ahead... once he leaves in the summer..expect them to go down Liverpool's route..

Same was said when Henry left the club, Jack Wilshere is ready!

English players are chokers in the making.:giggle:
But then ofcourse there is Vela:cantstop:.. But seriously..any replacement that Arsenal currently have for Fabregas is comparable to the supposed replacements for Mascherano and Xabi in Liverpool Wenger needs to spend big when Sir Cesc leaves..

Fundamental difference between Arsenal and Liverpool is we have strong financial health. Wenger can splash the cash if he wants. It is different story that he doesn't do it and likes to build players at the academy. Cesc may go but Wilshere will be ready to take his place. Our current bench is probably the strongest in the Top4. Players like Theo, RvP, Rosicky are on the bench. They will walk into any first eleven in the PL. If Liverpool had the choice a lot of their current first 11 wouldn't walk into their own first 11.

Loss of Cesc will be huge , we can see how Liverpool degraded as a team after Xabi left. After Ronaldo left United are not the same side as it used to be. Fabbregas should never have left arsenal had they won few silverwares, its not that they cannot, but everytime they dig out a world class player they end up selling him. Thats not the way you can win silverwares. Sont know who to blame, Arsene or the owners?

Knowing the way Arsenal FC functions, that will never happen, Its just not his style. This year he bought in Chamakh, Squillaci, Koscielny, with Dudu, Gallas and Silvestre going the other way, I guess we ended up paying 6.5M pounds in net tranfers. At the start of the season, looking at this squad, if you would tell me, 1/3rd of the Season, 2 points behind the leaders, Q/F of the local cup, looking at CL qualification, one would have been more than thrilled. With Cesc set to leave for Barca in a record tranfer deal, I cant see even a percentage of it to be used in getting in another "Superstar". Superstars are born at Arsenal. :D

ManU after Ronaldo left lost the title by 1 pt. By saying that ManU was a 1 man team in Ronaldo you are trying to discount the legacy SAF has built there - Scholes Giggs Rio etc

No no am not at all saying that. When we had Ronaldo we were a superior team, Dominated PL for 3-4 years Dominated CL for two years by wining it once and reaching the finals next. There was quite a margin of differnce between United and other teams when we had Ronaldo, but that doesnt mean it was a One man team. Ronaldo just help us dominate along with other players, without Ronaldo we cannot Dominate anymore and we are just left being competitive only. What chelsea is playing IMO is poorly already 3 losses in the season, from 2006-2009 they played like this except for 2010 season and we were quite ahead of chelsea by this time. So the differnce can be seen, its not Chat chelsea playing Fantastic football, we are just not the team we used to be.
