Now imagine if any paki was selected for the last IPL. IPL, which refused the incompetent ACSU might have taken a lot of heat instead of PCB. All IPL games would have come under the scanner too and the upcoming CL would be tarnished. But now the CL can go ahead paki free!!

KKR as always were despo to pick, but had to go with the crowd. Modi is a scum himself who didn't mind dragging the entire IPL and BCCI down if he thought he was going down. He is a selfish, megalo-maniac, hardly the example you want to bring on the good side when talking corruption and fixing.

I am duly giving credit where its due. But he is still an ass for being seedy. I used Modi here as he was the face of the whole Pak drama.

Teams wanted guarantees about security and visas and govt didn't give them that, hence they weren't picked. At least that's the story which we read after the fiasco, other than the fact that all teams unanimously chose to not pick any of them. If it was up to Modi, he would have made sure they weren't even in the list. Anyways, most of what happened with P@ki players in IPL 3 auction wasn't very well explained, except that KKR as always was despo to pick a few :hehe:
