Obviously players do not want to give 10% of their IPL salary to the ACB but if they do, it will encourage the ACB to provide a proper slot for the IPL. So obviously this rule change is to push ACB to provide a slot for the players at the expense of the players. If ACB really cares for the players, it should provide the slot without the 10% cut.But knowing ACB, they not only will take the 10% cut but wont provide a slot either.
