DomainK Posted October 27, 2010 Posted October 27, 2010 I read this on today's TOI: A new born girl, one of a twin pair of a boy and a girl was reported missing by a howling mother. The hospital staff panicked and a frantic search started. Following the recent cases of kidnappings, they were looking for men or women who might have run away with the baby. Then the security camera footage showed the mother walk out with the baby and comeback empty handed just before reporting the baby missing. When the police and hospital staff grilled her, she admitted that she had taken the baby to the toilet and had thrown her out of the window. Just about the time she was confessing, the security guards located the baby in critical conditions. Rats had started eating her ear, she had suffered injuries and her body temperature was critically low. The doctors could not save her. The mother has been booked under some act with something to do with abandoning a baby and want to investigate more before pressing other charges. The twins were born prematurely and were facing health issues. The mother says she could not endure her sufferings and decided to get rid of her.
