Happy to see Aussies get their ***** whooped

Before the game was backing Aus to beat Pak as generally back any team who plays Pak :smiley: But as the events folded found myself hoping Aussies would lose and for the following reasons... 1. Ponting - The guy was the one who came up with the idea that batsmen should "take fielders' words for catches" and stood at the crease when there was a clear edge. I can understand a small nick like Strauss' against India but this one was a clear nick and Ponting stood there even though he knew DRS is in place and he would have to go back. Reminded me of Sydney onve again where Kumble fell for the "take fielder' words" cr@p and we saw Aussies claim non-catches, not walking for even catches to slip and Ponting standing near the umpire giving the Indian batsman out :mad: 2. Haddin - You don't push, shove or get into a physical altercation on a cricket field. This incident again reinforces the belief that Aussies can give it but can't take it. And wasn't Gambhir once banned for a couple of games after barging into an Aussie bowler (Watson IIRC) once? This incident was much serious so shouldn't Haddin cop a ban as well? 3. Ian Chappell - I had forgotten all about how insufferable Aussie commentators can be after listening to English commentators for a while like Hussain, Botham etc. but Chappell was in a different league altogether. The guy kept on going after Pak no matter what. In fact even after the Aussies were bowled out and Pak players were in a huddle, Mr. Chappell didn't let the opportunity pass. Instead of congratulating Pak on a pretty good bowling performance or having a go at Aussies' batting implosion the guy actually said "They should be heading into the dressing room and thinking about chasing the score... blah blah blah". I kid you not! Not even one good thing about Pak bowling or Aussie batting! 4. Look on Ponting's face while fielding - You guys gotta admit Ponting's expressions are priceless when Aussies are about to lose :haha: The only blokes I really like in this Aussie team are Lee and Bollinger and Bollinger is already out of the cup. Other than that most of the Aussies are arrogant bunch of sissies who can dish it out but can't take it, just like bullies. Well done to Pakistan in topping the group and hope we kick the Aussies out of the tourney in Ahmedabad on 24th :two_thumbs_up:

I despise the Aussies, specially Ponting and I am glad their unbeaten run was ended. On a side note I am very confident of our chances against these bullies.
