Mr_Rat Posted April 6, 2011 Posted April 6, 2011 When I do cardio on the gym machines I sometimes feel like cutting few minutes off my daily routine and giving up early. Luckily last year I put Piyush Chawla's photo on my phone/mp3 player as background image. Since then I have finished all my sessions 100% as I never want to end up like Piyush Halwa :hysterical: To be honest I also had UV's photo but I quietly deleted it recently :giggle: Why am I telling you all this? I hope some of you get inspired by Chawla too :--D
cricketlover Posted April 6, 2011 Posted April 6, 2011 You put guys photos as the background image on your phone???

akshayxyz Posted April 7, 2011 Posted April 7, 2011 If you have time to look at photos in the gym - then you are not giving it all. But anyway whatever works for you. :two_thumbs_up:
akshayxyz Posted April 7, 2011 Posted April 7, 2011 See if you find this more inspirational. P.S. He achieved this within 3-4 months and before Machinst he was healthy and lost all that weight for that particular role - again within 3 months or so.

Zelig Posted April 7, 2011 Posted April 7, 2011 Machinist is a very good movie. Most wouldn't see the ending coming, I certainly didn't. Christian Bale
CSK Fan Posted April 7, 2011 Posted April 7, 2011 Pretty unhealthy IMO to lose or gain so much weight in so short a time
