Raja etc till he was literally forced to sack them.

In terms of influence, he is one of the most famous world leaders if not the most famous and everybody is willing to meet him. So, he should have been in the influential list IMO. The heads of the 5 security council members coming to visit him in a span of just few months in the last year and forging their friendships itself shows his influence at the international stage. He was there in the list last year and in terms of foreign relations it has even improved though the last year and his influence increased. So, he should have been in the list in terms of influence IMO.

Its not as if they suddenly decided to come seeing the increased influence of MMS.
