nballa Posted May 1, 2011 Posted May 1, 2011 yeah i remember taking the iit in 97. only time i actually found out you couldn't leave the test center before half an hr. took the eamcet after a few days. still remember a hilarious probability question where out of 4 possible choices 2 were > 1 and one was a negative number. those days the test meant something. now if you are pretty much assured a seat even if your rank is 6574859859.
theguyinallblue Posted May 3, 2011 Posted May 3, 2011 About the leaked papers... i remembered my college days..Ha Ha Ha... in one of the prestigious engg of India... Meena group was very powerful group inside the campus..related to affluent families of IAS and IPS etc..so they used to bribe the persons involved in printing the papers...and would enjoy life.. in one particular year..they leaked as many as 16 papers of different semesters... yours truly too got 2 papers for 1000/- in my 3rd year.. But in final year of my degree...authorities got wind of it..and hostels were raided...and whole exam was scrapped...:cantstop: we had fun time...
