It would be very interesting to see what would have happened if he was in a team with match fixers, factions etc. One of the major things about his captaincy is he asks for 100% effort, and the result does not matter. Well, when you give him match fixers, what is he going to do? I dont want to take any ounce of credit away from him, he is phenomenal, but Dhoni is a result of the efforts put in by Kumble, Dada, Sachin, Dravid, Srinath etc. Like the banner at the M. A. Chidambaram Stadium yesterday. Sachin is the God of cricket. Dhoni is his gift.

It was a one man show back then. after Sachin got out, the whole team just collapsed like a pack of cards. Dhoni is a better captain than Sachin and probably the greatest captain India has ever produced. But Sachin is a special talent and lets not bring both of them down by comparing them to each other
