Spare a Thought for Kohli and Raina Both of them have been playing cricket almost non stop since SA ODIs. Their team went to last stages in 2 successive long events. Now thye have 2 days rest, and 31st they will be in the awards ceremony and then heading to West Indies for another long tour. Both are part of ODI and Test. Both cannot afford to rest. Can they? :hatsoff::hatsoff::hatsoff:

Virat and Suresh deserve all this...what they've done for their teams in past few months is absolutely amazing. Virat's performance with the bat for India and RCB has been vital..especially his knock in the WC final century partnership with Gambo. At the same time Suresh has been electrifying in the field and explosive with CSK...a true finisher..T20 encounter specialist evidenced by his cameos against Pakistan and Australia in the WC...future leaders of team India for sure! Looks like Suresh is picking up vital captaincy skills from the legend MSD.

For Raina it is better.. Atleast he wasnt playing in the World cup till 1 match before the knockout stage. virat's schedule is too hectic.. from 19th of march he has played 9 ODIs and 17 T20 matches. That is an average of 1 match every 3 days approx for nearly 70 days. Hope he doesnt burnout or have an injury :nervous:

Imagine thw work load of MSD. He is having a 2 week rest now, there was another period of about 10-12 days rest during the NZ ODIs. Other than that he has been playing non stop since god knows when. For Kohli and Raina too, this could be a phase of long periods away from home. WC, IPL, WI tour, straight to England, ODIs there end on 16th Sept and then both will be in the CL t20 from 23rd Sept to 9th Oct, then a useless 5 ODI series vs England in India, then WI come to India for 3 tests, 5 ODIs and 1 t20 agains WI in India (which may get shortended) before leaving for Australia in early December.
