cameron_black
hmmmm so it's with this vociferously swinging 2010 duke ball the indian seamers allowed english tailenders like broad, swann, bresnan etc to pile up heaps of runs. :((:hmmm::hmmm::hmmm::headshake::headshake: Link to comment
CrazyCric
Against Sri lanka- 2011 duke ball Against India- 2010 duke ball Cook,Trott etc are struggling against India Ahh.. see that's why Indian seamers ripping through English batting line up then:hysterical: Link to comment
Number
Its a point he is replying why Sri-Lanka managed to draw , when ball isn't swinging then you can bat for a draw. Not saying Indian bowling is great.. Link to comment
Sidhoni
BUMP 1-0 down and looking set to lose the 2nd one, if this is not a spinner-friendly wicket. Link to comment
Cricket Tragic
S Prasanna is a leg spinner who took 6 wickets today against England Lions. First Class and List A average of 19! http://www.espncricinfo.com/ci/content/player/268740.html Link to comment
Cricket Tragic
S Senanayake is an off spinner and another player with fantastic FC numbers. Same age as Prasanna. http://www.espncricinfo.com/ci/content/player/273439.html Link to comment
HyroProto
I want SL to atleast win their home series. We can't have another weak test team. It's already bad with Pak' date=' WI, NZ, Bang and now Zim coming back in.[/quote'] oops... weak test teams ? ..ehemm ehem..errrrrrrr :finger: Link to comment
Cricket Tragic
oops... weak test teams ? ..ehemm ehem..errrrrrrr :finger: Your test is weak right now. And yes, India will probably join you in a year or two. Link to comment
HyroProto
lol if not for the overs lost due to rain' date=' SL would have easily got a 3-0 spanking[/quote'] lol... the first match was heading for a drew until all sl batsmen had a fit & got out and handed an unlikely victory to England, wen we got 400+ in the first innings the 2nd test was the only one where we had a chance of loosing.. but the 3rd test .. not so sure.. we had scored 330+ with still 5 wickets remaining & both the batsmen were well set when the rain came...so guess not Link to comment
HyroProto
Your test is weak right now. And yes' date=' India will probably join you in a year or two.[/quote'] but can u judge a team playing in alien conditions on exactly how good they are ? 1. Will England look strong as this if they are playing in the sub continent against Inidia & SL ? guess not 2. will India be the same team if they are playing in the sub continent ? guess not Compared to India in India..yes..SL looks weak..but I dont think SL looks weak if they are playing England in SL... Since we are playing the aussies now & if we loose the test series to them then..yes I will accept that we have become weak.. the way the things are going now our ODI looks weak as well... T20s dont count Link to comment
Sidhoni
2-0 down already. Its Do or Die fr them now. Link to comment

Cricket Tragic
They appear to have some good reserve spinners but continue playing hopeless bowlers like Herath. I've not been impressed with the younger batsmen though. Thirimanne looked mediocre in England and Chandimal isn't as good as what he is made out to be. Any other young players coming through?
