Is there a way they can strip some wickets from Harbhajan so that he can get out of the 400 wicket club and stop embarrassing the players in that club who are all sub-30 average bowlers?

I dont see anythign wrong with saying Dhoni was a hero in ODIs and not very good ATM in tests

not really, dhoni was could do no wrong a few months ago and was for all forms of the game. he was supposed to be our greatest ever captain and now he needs to take lessons from Ganguly according to some. Public opinion is fickle and if india go on to win the next test he will be a hero again. the man that can do no wrong, blah blah blah
