There is nothing special about Lords and Oval. Yes, they began playing cricket there, just as i am sure they began playing football in some parched, grassless pasture in some part of the world. The pitch is not particularly treacherous, the wind not sensationally unpredictable... I am so fracking tired of this nonsense, 'oooh he scored a century at lords', 'oohhh he took a five wicket haul at oval', 'oohh he took at **** at the buckingham palace'... Its no fracking big deal. What really one needs to consider here is what were the factors that caused an in form tendulkar to not pile on the runs where a batsman of equal caliber as him, dravid succeeded, or better yet, lets ask the question that do any of our bowler have a paid dangling between their legs? or do they retract into their stomachs whenever zaheer leaves the field?
