It is a predictive technology with its own share of limitations. All such technologies suffer from this. And yes, it was indeed meant for visual enhancement.

But at least a uniformity of camera standards can be maintained to ensure the same level of accuracy in all the matches. It should not be broadcaster dependent. This is the larger point.

There is no uniformity in umpiring, should they not be used?
