Seemed like a good deal for the price for a 7" tablet Sub $150 price for a 16GB, IPS screen, hdmi out, sd card, 1280x800 resolution running android ICS, front and rear camera...looked good considering the specs...though these chinese tablets aren't that stable have quite a few bugs in the initial releases. Oh well....next time
Whenever I buy a gadget, I make sure that what I pay for lasts at least 3 years. It has given me good value for my money so far.

Kindle HD - Seems to be only a good device to watch content from Amazon Prime. Apps' date=' software not good.[/quote'] The Kindle tablets are average and yeah Kindle does put a lot of emphasis on their services. So a Kindle tablet outside the U.S isn't the same. Plus, it's a boxed environment from what I gather. An android based tablet would be better. I only liked their e-readers

I don't think the US outside US problem exists as long as you have a stable decent internet connection. Amazon Prime for 79 USD per year is a great deal for all the content it is hosting. Amazon (Kindle Fire) and Google (Nexus 7) are not selling hardware any longer - they are selling content. Therefore, the tablets are offered at a break even price.
