More than anything I see lack of commitment from most seniors...the jolt that Greg Chappell gave to him, Ganguly,Sehwag actually made them work hard. To me Chappell was the best thing that happened to Indian cricket...we need another Chappell to give us a jump start.

Now he's back to square one - unfit and lazy. The way he batted and threw his wkt away in Tests was shameful to say the least. Now he's 34 and don't see him stick around for long other than IPL and shorter formats.
