That will have to be a hardware hack. the device needs to have usb-host capabilities, and I do not think it is possible w/o appropriate hardware components to begin with. There is some hope, if you have some other type of data ports, like firewire (highly unlikely apart from apple devices).

But you can transfer stuff from your computer using the provided data cable correct? USB otg would be useful if you're looking to connect a mouse or a keyboard etc. But then, you can probably connect a bluetooth keyboard as well ? (donno, just an idea.. check up on this)
