Click on the name of the person you want to send private message. It'll take you to his/her profile where there is an option PM. You click that and send whatever PM you want to send. Another option is, just below the quick- reply, you have a thing called "forum jump". If you click, you can go to private message straight away. From there, you can send PM to any member on this forum.
