Tendulkar did not challenge the fielder and trudged off for 74 this was put up in cricinfo... i too thought tat the ball touched the ground when he fell. it was pretty clear..wat do u think guys?

He was out. The ball did touch the grass though Du Plessis looked to be in full control of it

xblack888 Posted May 6, 2012 Author Posted May 6, 2012 dono whether he knew it or not...but he doesnt like controversies... i also saw umpire signalling something at that time,later my friend suggested tat he might have signalled the catch was taken cleanly.. but am not sure about tat..

So when the batsman himself wouldnt protest , who else will ?

My grudge against Sachin erupts from fact that he shows bat to umpire on allmost every occassion bowler appeals for LBW even when there is no inside edge. I personally think he is bad sport!

So when the batsman himself wouldnt protest , who else will ? look the replay once again..the ball touched the ground..he should have said it but i felt sachin couldnt see the ball when he landed on the ground coz his body must have covered the sight.. its all about fair play..to me,du plessis should have said it..we have criticised aussies for this..then y not him... when du plesis hit a shot against RCB,dilshan caught the ball and landed on the rope,there was no doubt expressed by du plesis at tat time but dilshan said he touched the rope and it was a six..
