Stuge Posted May 10, 2012 Posted May 10, 2012 New Delhi: Members of Parliament were seen holding their noses in the Rajya Sabha today after a stink wafted through the air-conditioning ducts. The House was adjourned for 30 minutes. The smell was attributed to a sewage problem.
