That said if at all transfers are to take place, they shld be done at base prices. For instance Tendulkar was picked up for 15 mill. Now if u wanna get rid of him you either sell him, but since teams don't have any cash yet, he should be exchanged at base price and not at the purchase price of 15 mill. Maybe then in the second season you could offer teams prize money, which will then be used for further buying and selling. For now let's just start the league. Go forth gentlemen!

Go forth gentlemen! u dont make sence. suppose 4d wants to replace gayle. he bought gayle for 15 mill. now if he gets 8mill for leaving gayle that means his total budget will come down to 93mill. is that fair?
