In the final it was the injury to Nehra (who had an excellent spell in the Semis vs Pak ;2-33 I think) which got Sreesanth into the playing XI. Most people felt Ashwin would have been a better option. His better than PK. Check SR but don't let that spoil your argument.

I am just saying that PK was the original selection and was replaced by Sreesanth when he was found unfit. Sreesanth was not in the original squad. And if Nehra was not injured, Sreesanth would never have been in the playing XI of the finals (considering Nehra's bowling vs Pak in the semis). These are facts.

If Sree had played every game from the beginning he would have got into rhythm...

He also gets top order wickets through class bowling, not flukey ones. He is much better than this, this is just a fraction of his skill.

We are experimenting currently. Our best ODI seamers still are ZK, Nehra, Munaf and Sree. Our current attack together is a joke. We will win though through our batting. ZK offers stability in ODI's but he isn't a force to be reckoned with.
