The total cost of the projects is estimated to be about Rmb1tn, or 2 per cent of gross domestic product.

Like I said it's not about competition, it's about getting things done, delivering. Whilst the central government just lurks from one scandal to another unable to get anything right. Even the apparent things they did right is ridden with scandals.

Do you really think Manmohan Singh thinks about that everyday joe and his issues against putting a plate of food on the table every night? I don't think so. the richer gets richer, poor gets worse.
