Time for new T20 team

Hi all , I was wondering that if we want to have a real chance at winning T20 cup in 2014 we need a new core of players with defined roles . Based on my gut feeling and knowledge of talent , I think this team would be great. I would also like opinion from fellow ICFs on their team . I know we are not selctors but hey this is just an excercise to test if we were selctors and selected team purely on talent - then do we agree or not. My basis for team is as follows - Need atleast 4 big hitters who can change a game in over or two - Need 3 accumaltors (not Misbah type) who can rotate strike and hit if need requires them to do so - Ideally atleast 3 of batters from above should be able to bowl a combined of 8 overs ( considering our weak bowling resources) So here goes my team and basis of why they were selcted 1) Yusuf Pathan 2) Uttapa (wk) 3) Kohli 4) Yuvraj 5) Raina 6) Manoj Tiwary 7) Rayudu 8) Irfan Pathan 9) Awana 10) Murali Katik 11) Praveen Kumar Yusuf Pathan and Uttapa as openers : Obviously a left- right combo and they can play with 160+ strike rate. On their day they can rip apart any bowling attack . Besides in T20 we need openers of this type . Uttapa can do wk as well. For bowling I chose variety - Pathan and Praveen kumar are best swing bowlers we have and are most likely to snap up couple of wickets at top. But care to be taken that one of them if not both should finish their quota of overs in first 12 overs while ball still swings. Awana obviosly for his speed . I think Yadav / Varun / Ishant should be kept only for ODI and tests . Awana should be trained to bowl yorkers and slower ones. Based on what I saw he seems to have talent to do well for 4 overs Similarly Ojha/Ashwin should be made test/ODI specalists and not be exposed to T20s. Murali Karthik is shrewd spinner - left armer and has county experience. Rahul Sharma to be back up spinner if needed on turning tracks where Awana or PK can be replaced. Partime bowlers - Yuvraj of course, Kohli ,Raina , Yusuf and Tiwary can chip in . The bowlers should be given max of 2 overs only and not more . The surprise factor ends in 2 overs and by third over they are candidates to be hit for runs Now middle order Kohli - accumaltors/strikers as needed in game situation Raina - accumaltors/strikers as needed in game situation Yuvraj - accumaltors/strikers as needed in game situation Tiwary - accumaltors/strikers as needed in game situation Rayudu - accumaltors/strikers as needed in game situation - backup wicket keeper. Raina, Tiwary, Yuvraj, Rayudu can interchange batting positions based on match scenario. Lastly make Yuvraj captain and Raina VC. Kohli should be groomed only for ODI and test captaincy. The fielding of this team should be quite good based on their fielding records Comments or suggestions please and also names of new talents which I am not aware of.
