icf1 Posted December 2, 2012 Posted December 2, 2012 Since we're beaten comprehensively in the 2nd test i still believe changes is needed for a fitting reply. Even though we have three world class spinners, performance matters in the end...

jairamesh Posted December 2, 2012 Posted December 2, 2012 The Official ICF XI come 5th Dec (for now): Sehwag Rahane Pujara Tendulkar Kohli Tiwary Dhoni (c & wkt) Ashwin Ojha Zaheer Ishant Note 1: If Rahane were to play in the middle order, then Gambhir comes in and Sachin would miss out. Though it is neck and neck between Sachin and Tiwary. Note 2: I must say I am surprised the faith ICFers have shown in "unlucky" Ishant.:hehe: Note 3: For now Dhoni seems to get the nod for his place (but just under 50% of votes), no doubt complicated by his captaincy. Sidhoni Posted December 3, 2012 Posted December 3, 2012 ^In the poll for middle order batsmen, the leading 4 are Pujara, Kohli, Rahane and Tiwary. Why is Tendu up there in your XI?
jairamesh Posted December 3, 2012 Posted December 3, 2012 ^In the poll for middle order batsmen' date=' the leading 4 are Pujara, Kohli, Rahane and Tiwary. Why is Tendu up there in your XI?[/quote'] Rahane also in the openers' list where he is in the top two, so it's between Gambhir and Tendulkar.
