if you have firefox just search for the downloader plugin its there. thats the easiest way to download from youtube!

paste the link of the video in http://keepvid.com/ and then download the file to your comp. the file will have a .flv extension so you either have to download FLV player from the net or just convert the file to WMV / AVI by using a software like MPEG encoder
