Every two years, top 4 teams for those 2 years should play out World Championship of Test cricket Rank 1 v/s Rank 4 Best of 3 Semifinal test matches. 1 at home, 1 away and 1 neutral. Ditto with Rank 2 v/s Rank 3. There should point system to reward positive cricket

kabira Posted September 26, 2007 Author Posted September 26, 2007 not really if organized well. lets assume for year 2007 and 2008 1) Aus 2) Eng 3) SA 4) Ind We play Aus at Wankhede in Dec. and than after 2 weeks play at Melbourne for Boxing day test match. if there is deadlock, both travel to Newzealand to play last test.

Plus the weather factor has to be also taken into consideration. Problem is that most tours till 2010 have been already set by the boards Where to squeeze this in?
