JaiRamesh2 Posted March 9, 2014 Posted March 9, 2014 Australia seem to have radically different squads (sometimes even captains)for each formats, similarly England. Is it time most boards, including Indian selectors start looking into this style of selection to balance the work load and ensuring the players know what is required of them? Currently I only see Kohli and Dhoni as certainties in all three formats. What are your Indian XIs for each format?
